Hello! My name is Dolores Promesas, a name that fits me like a glove and is a summary of my life. Sorrows of name and Promises of surname. Sometimes one weighs more than the other, but generally they tend to be in check, making up my personality.
Dolores Promesas is not just a virtual character, she is a living story full of emotions and experiences.
Each chapter of her life is reflected in the garments she designs, transmitting her unique essence and personality in every detail.
Each garment created has a purpose, a unique meaning. Nothing is left to chance, each choice of color, fabric and design has a reason.
It is about transmitting a lifestyle, a way of being and expressing oneself.
Every story has a second part
It's been a long time since I wrote to you, forgive me! It has been a complicated time, as surely for most, moments of change, uncertainty and why not say it, fear too.
I had to stop, rethink everything and move forward, I had no other choice. The truth is, I remembered a lot of when I started, among fabrics, buttons and lace, when I was in the denial phase and couldn't find my way... Until finally, among several drawings and sketches, there I was, Dolores Promesas.
I spent quite a few months in which I didn't even want to think about designs, dresses, or anything like that, I thought that this period of my life was over, and after fifteen years of dedicating myself body and soul, it was time to dedicate myself to something else. The more I thought about it, the more sure I was that this was the right thing to do, the most sensible thing, to end this phase... But I don't know why, the cerebral thing doesn't suit me, I have always been guided by my heart, by impulses, and there I was. new, with my life upside down, and with only one idea, “NO, I DON'T GIVE UP”
Remember, it's not about what happens to you, but about how you face each situation . And we try to reflect this positive attitude in all aspects of our brand: from the designs and collections, to the stores, communication, marketing actions and even in the attitude of our team.

The design process of our collections takes place in Madrid, where we coordinate with local workshops and suppliers. We firmly believe in fostering creativity and quality every step of the way.
Our production in Spain and Portugal allows us to have greater control over the quality of our products, as well as offer exceptional service and meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
