ORDERS
Delivery times depend on the type of shipping selected. Standard home deliveries are 24/48 hours, for the Canary Islands up to 6 business days. Deliveries will not be made on weekends.
Shipping is free from 50 euros. For orders less than this amount, the cost is 3.50 euros.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yes, items that have not been used, in perfect condition, with their corresponding ticket/invoice and original packaging can be returned. We will refund the amount of the item in the same way it was paid once you send it to us.

Changes in size or model will have no cost, while returning the garments will have a cost of 3.95 EUR.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. After approving the return (unused items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account. The term of the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
Items purchased at dolorpromesas.com can be exchanged for another size or color through our website as long as they have not been used, are in perfect condition, we have stock and maintain the same price they had at the time of purchase.

The deadline to request any exchange or return is 14 calendar days from the date you received your order until the day you deposit your exchange or return.
Orders included in the Black Friday and Christmas campaigns have an extended return period until January 10, 2024.
DOLORES PROMESAS reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns that are communicated or sent outside the specified period or if the garments are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
You will receive the refund within a period of around 7 to 14 calendar days after we have received the returned package in our warehouse. We will notify you of the refund process via a confirmation email.
SHIPPING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as we prepare your order in our warehouse. This email will include a link and a tracking number so you can track the status of your order at all times.
